Medical Products Laboratories, Inc., has been involved in the study of fluorides and the manufacture of fluoride pharmaceuticals for over 40 years. Our founder Dr. Harold G. Stone developed a school based fluoride mouthrinse program with the assistance of Alice Horowitz Ph.D., Dr. Herchel Horowitz, and Dr. Stanley Heifetz of the NIDR (National Institute of Dental Research, a division of NIH (National Institute of Health). We are now the largest manufacturer of fluoride mouthrinses in the United States and the pioneers of caries preventive school programs with the use of a sodium fluoride mouthrinse. Our caries prevention program is being utilized in schools throughout the United States in addition to our international program.
