Public
Health Division
We are now the largest manufacturer of school based fluoride
mouthrinses in the United States and the pioneers of caries
preventive programs for school systems, clinics and government
agencies with the use of our sodium fluoride products. Our
caries prevention programs are being utilized throughout the
entire United States in addition to our international programs.
Fluoride
Rinse Programs
Dental caries (tooth decay) ranks among the most prevalent
diseases in our society today. Tooth decay begins in early
childhood and can continue throughout adulthood. Few individuals
escape the ravages of this disease which is the leading cause
of tooth loss before the age of 25. Research has shown that
topically applied fluoride (mouthrinsing) makes teeth less
susceptible to decay. An accepted method by which tooth decay
may be substantially reduced is through the use of the NaFrinse™
Fluoride Program.
VarnishAmerica
5% Sodium Fluoride Varnish
VarnishAmerica 5% sodium fluoride varnish with Xylitol dries
to a natural tooth color on contact – patients can leave
immediately after application. Sets rapidly in the presence
of saliva – no need to isolate teeth.
SealAmerica
Pit & Fissure Dental Sealant Kits
For effective caries protection. Room temperature and humidity
affect the setting time of self cure sealants. Cooler temperatures
slow the curing time and warmer temperatures accelerate it.
SealAmerica sealant is available in Regular and Quick Set.
The Quick Set is specifically designed for cold, damp conditions
with a faster setting time.
Light
Cure Kit
For effective caries protection. Our SealAmerica light cure
fissure sealer represents an advanced formula that features
low shrinkage, high stain resistance, low water absorption,
outstanding depth of cure and a long shelf life with no need
for refrigeration.
The
NaFrinse™ Fluoride Mouthrinse Program
Premixed Unit Dose – Topical Weekly Rinse
Each unit dose consists of a cup which contains either 5mL
or 10mL of a PREMIXED flavored or unflavored sodium fluoride
solution (10mg or 20mg sodium fluoride respectively) together
with a napkin to wipe the mouth and trash bags for disposal.
The cups are formed entirely from pharmaceutical grade plastic.
NaFrinse™
Fluoride Tablets
Flavored tablets are manufactured with a non-cariogenic vehicle.
These tablets are taken daily and are available in 1.0mg and
0.5mg tablets. They are white and do not contain any colors
or dyes.
NaFrinse™
Fluoride Drops
Dispensed in a 1oz dropper bottle (504 drops). Contains sodium
fluoride in an aqueous vehicle with preservative. Each 8 drops
are equivalent to 1mg fluoride ion (from 2.2mg sodium fluoride).
The
NaFrinse™ Fluoride Mouthrinse Kit
Packets (just add water)
This concentrated mouthrinse is for topical application only.
It is not swallowed and therefore no fluoride is ingested.
After swishing for one minute the solution is expectorated.
